R class RN Battleship 1930s very rare model

A model in 1:1200 scale in metal produced in the 1930s by UK maker Tremo, also known as Treforest mouldings. Surprisingly well detailed for their time.
A very scarce , possibly unique model, a prototype model a little smaller than the later production models. approx 1/1300 scale. In very good condition, deck may have been repainted, all the main turrets are slightly different shapes but look original. A very interesting model described by the previous owner (who was widely recognised as the foremost authority on Tremo models in the UK ) as the rarest of all Tremo models and the only one he had seen in 70+ years of collecting. Approx5.75" long (145mm) With the Tremo trademark and British made beneath.

A nice piece of waterline history around 80 years old. Being vintage models these do contain lead so not suitable as toys or for children under 16 years of age.
